Is it very complicated to visit this place? I mean if you can just get your car a good bunch of friends and drive to this place. Is that possible?
Can you swim inside the hole?

Here is the link to the parks page. It is very easy to get to. Tide influences water level so not great for swimming at all but great to explore during a lowtide!
