This is a very common dish in west Africa and fairly simple. That’s why I didn’t bother attaching the receipe.
If you notice,most of my foodie post have the recipes attached. For this it’s as simple as boiling the beans(the way you would boil rice) and spicing it up whichever way you like it. It’s was cooked with red oil which is very common in West Africa.
The plantain was deep fried in oil. It’s really yummy and filling. It’s most preferably served for lunch because it’s a heavy meal.

It’s a complete dish on it’s own. It’s cooked in such a way that you don’t need a sauce to eat it. You have pepper in it and red oil and salt different spices as you may choose. It’s very common dish in west Africa
The plantain is deep fried in red oil as well. The plantain has a very sweet taste is it’s very ripe.
It’s better for lunch because it’s heavy, so I had it for lunch. Thanks again my friend.
