Beach style activities on the bank of a river

Let us first look at how it looks like. Doesn’t it look like a jetty? It certainly does, but it is on the banks of River Sabarmati in Ahmedabad, and is called Entartica SeaWorld.

So this amazing place is an ideal place for watersports in a city where there is no seacoast. The idea behind this was to encourage tourism in Ahmedabad, and at the same time provide enough places for Ahmedabadi’s to relax.

Entartica is essentially a water sports complex with variety of options available for each age group. From a couple boat ride to speed boats, and from a children water scooter to family cruise, you can find it all here.

The prices are pocket friendly and at the same time, the safety they provide is high class.

There is also a good restaurant at the banks with a terrace sitting option, which allows a comprehensive view of the riverfront.

Ideally you can visit the place anyday, but avoid going to the place when it is too hot outside, or its windy/rainy.

Timings -

Mon – Sat – 10 AM to 11 PM

Sunday – 7 AM to 11 PM

Parking: ample parking available

Food: They have a restaurant on the banks near ticket counter

Tickets: Available online and offline

Additional: The Riverfront is an open area so you can go there for a walk, have a good morning/evening time spent with friends/family and so on.

Look at some more photos of this place, and do give it a visit.

I had heard a lot about the Sabarmati River front on Ahmedabad and the Entartica sea world seems to be an amazing place.

@Hemang_Rindani Can you also share, in the main post, the entrance fees for the activities, parking facility and timing for the activities.

This will be great help for local guide planning a visit here.

Meanwhile, inviting you to introduce yourself to the local guide community here and get featured:

[EDIT] @NareshDarji bhai, also from Gandhinagar, is conducting a meetup next month.

Hope you are able to join and meet many like-minded local guides in your area.

Thank you for taking note, dear @Hemang_Rindani :+1:

Couple of points more to make your post even more enjoyable:

  1. You perhaps composed the post on a mobile device where the photos look OK.

But on a larger screen like a desktop computer or a laptop, the photos look very small.

Please check and make the photos larger size.

  1. I would suggest using the @ tool to address people when replying, as I have done above.
This sends a notification to people about your message and helps keep the communication streamlined.

It is a really amazing attraction point in Ahmedabad. It is specially designed to boost tourism activities.

Thanks you for sharing here on Connect. @Hemang_Rindani
