This month of love, we not only show love to our loved ones but also to the small business around us.

Here are some ways you can spread love.

1. Shower love with Review and great photos :

Thanks to the new community tab now your photos are reviews are visible to nearby people and your single review can help to

Many to find the place and also help the Business.

Bonus: people can also follow you if they like your reviews and recommendations.

2. Share the list of love:

List out some great places popular for candlelight dinner or places popular for ambiance and safe for dining or pet-friendly places to celebrate with your furry friends

You can also list out gift stores and sweet shops.

Bonus: useful list can be featured on maps.

A list will also help you to save places for a particular type/category.

You can share the list with anyone who asks for recommendations.

3. Editing goodness:

Edit information about Businesses, look around in your area or on maps and check out places with less / zero reviews visit (if possible) and verify if the details are correct.

If not you can edit the information it can be moving the maps markers/ updating the time (it take time, so you can also try uploading a picture of time written on board or you can mention it in your review)

Bonus: you get points when edits are approved and edit approval always makes us happy

4. Check upon the small businesses with check facts:

When you open check facts you see different information mostly it is about existence, hours,

Phone number, website, etc.

If you know the place and can verify the details you just have to tap yes/no/ not sure.

*Note: do not select yes randomly if you cannot verify the fact or don’t know about the place.

Bonus: you will discover some hidden places around.

5. Answer of details:

If you have visited a place multiple times and are already done with the review, rating, photos, and editing.

You can answer and add to the latest updates about the business.

These answers help users of maps to find more places.

Answers are mostly related to : accessibility, food/menu, price, covid safety measures.

Kids-friendly place, family-friendly place, ambiance, etc.

Bonus:

You can update about the latest information.

You can help to make search results for a particular place more accurate.

6. Happiness of Uncovering the information:

Uncover missing information is small (✓) (x) (?)

This thing has similar questions like answers.

Apart from that, you will get to know what all information is missing from the Businesses around you.

Bonus:

You can be the first one to add the photo of a particular place and get the badge of Trailblazer.

List out your favourite businesses or share your experience about your visit to the small businesses in comments

Check facts is available everywhere but if you have finished them all in your area it will not show up.

Also edits are sensitive so it takes time for approval depending of what kind of edits you make. ( For instance, edits like phone number, website, businesses hours are sensitive and need time to verify )

Don’t get disheartened by the delays I am sure they will be helpful keep contributing additionally You can contribute with yes / no answers as they are frequently updated and asked these days things are changing alot and it’s the best way to keep information updated.
