@Austinelewex thanks a bunch for your support. The lockdown is kind of getting over finally this week,so we decided to have something,myself and my colleagues. Was out to Kwame Nkrumah museum yesterday. Then a nice healthy dinner for today. The ingredients are all listed and the simple recipe in the post.
As for the salade. Its all fresh with a sprinkle of vinegar.
The vegetables were baked in the oven.
The beef was done over the coal fire myself .
The smoothies was someone else’s handiwork. It was a worthwhile dinner

Thank you for sharing these delicious meals with us. They look so delicious! I am a big fan of BBQ and I wanted to ask about the marination process. How much peanut butter and ginger we have to put inside or it depends of the meat?
Thanks for the reply. The marination depends on the quantity of meat and even your own taste. The main objective of the marination is to soften and spice up the meat. Further tips is you could decide to marinate it overnight to make the meat as tender as possible. I don’t really like spicy food so this was just to my taste.
Thank you for your response @SholaIB . I usually marinate for 2-3 hours and I like a bit spicy. Honestly, I have never tried with peanut butter and ginger. Therefore I am asking for the quantity and I will try it in my next BBQ.
I see @GNaz . Well try spreading a layer of peanut butter over the meat if you have your meat sliced like mine in the pics. A light layer will do for a start. If you think you like it then a thicker layer subsequent times. Please let us know what the outcome is whenever you try it and thanks again.
Thanks. That’s a quality of a good foodie even the pics of a food can turn you on. Its olive oil. The avocado salad was excellent,love the olives in it. Getting to like olives really. Its taste is not african. Thanks for liking the post @FalguniP
