Turkish Roasted Broccoli → Roast green broccoli marinated with Turkish spices & tossed with garlic, fresh lemon, Parmesan cheese is a crispy yet soft & healthy. It’s an example of perfect balance of bitter, slightly sour & a little bit cheesy flavours to refresh your palate.

Chicken Shish Taouk

Chicken Shish Taouk → A traditional Middle – Eastern marinated chicken dish. Chicken chunks are marinated overnight with lemon juice, minced garlic, yoghurt, ground thyme, paprika, black pepper & salt. It is then skewered & grilled over coal & served with green mint sauce & grilled vegetables. The chicken pieces are extremely succulent & aromatic which will make your mouth water.

Chimichurri Fish

Chimichurri Fish → This Argentine sauce does magic to the fresh fish fillets. Chimichurri sauce is itself bursting with flavours & prepared with parsley, oregano leaves, garlic cloves, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar & olive oil. Fresh basa fillets are marinated with Chimichurri sauce & then barbecued on charcoal resulting into an unique spicy, succulent & delectable barbecued fish.

Turkish Roasted Reuben

Zesty Lemon Garlic Prawn → These succulent lemon-garlic prawn skewers make a perfect & delicious party time appetizer. Fresh deveined prawns are gently coated with Kosher salt & sugar for sometime & then finally rinsed off. Prawns are now mixed with chopped parsley, grated lemon peel, olive oil minced garlic & fresh ground pepper. It is then skewered & barbecued over hot coals. It served with lemon wedges to squeeze over the prawns. This tangy & zesty lemon garlic prawns are a treat for your taste buds.
