I am continuing with my posts on Bay Area Indian Food Truck Series. This is another truck which carries Indo Chinese food. Menus in Indo Chinese restaurants are very unique, they are in fact more Indian than Chinese! This is because none of my Chinese friends are aware of these food items on the menu. This restaurant is run on trailer, pretty much one man operation!

There are several items on the menu. We ordered
- Baby corn Manchurian Dry (Also available as gravy version)
Baby corns dipped in batter(with garlic, ginger and chilies) and deep fried. then sautéed with finely slices green chilies, ketchup and soy sauce. garnished with Spring onions
- Chilli Paneer Dry (Also available as gravy version)
Shallow fried paneer is tossed in spicy sauce and soy sauce with bell peppers
- Chili Garlic Noodles
These noodles taste very different from chow Mein, again with some extra green chilies and garlic in it.
Since it was one man operation it took 20 minutes to fulfil the order. However it was worth the wait. All three items were spicy and very tasty too. In these Indo Chinese food they add finely sliced green chilies, it gives a real kick when you bite on it.
Here is a shot of the menu. they serve various varieties of Manchurian, which is a very popular street food in india, also Momos, which is a Nepalese food (essentially dumplings), fried rice and noodles. Here is the POS system used in the truck for credit card transactions
