Finally Batu Local Guides again managed to hold a food crawl meet up held at the Palm Tree Cafe in the street Oro-Oro Ombo 235 Kota Wisata Batu on Sunday, October 29, 2017. A total of 25 local guide from Batu, Malang and Surabaya present enliven this event.
Palm Tree Cafe is taking the theme of a topical cafe that carried to the mountainous area of Batu Tourism City. Although not yet officially opened, the look of this cafe is pretty good. Located on the third floor / rooftop villa Batuque, the food crawl participants are given an outdoor place with carpeted rugs and unique seating that is very comfortable to relax. Cold weather after rain, do not discourage participants to come to this place. Once opened by naming the names and domiciles of all participants, the event begins with a brief explanation by the leader of Batu Local Guides regarding the concept of food crawl event and its application on google maps. It also explains credible reviews and informative shoots for uploading on Google Maps. Shortly thereafter, food-drinks menus and typical Cafe Palm Tree were served. Participants were scrambling to take photos from various angles. Some of the participants also hunted photos in other corners of this cafe, where Panderman mountains, Arjuno mountains and sparkling lights of Batu Night Spectacular (BNS) venues across the street can be found.
Around 8 pm, the event ended with photos with participants and cafe management. The cafe management, represented by Julinda Rizky who is also a Local Guide, expressed his gratitude for the arrival of the local guide to this cafe, and invite stop back to this cafe when visitting to Batu Tourism City. Friendly service and fun, making all participants feel at home enjoying this tropical cafe atmosphere.

cafenya bagus letaknya di lantai 3 sehingga sejauh mata bisa bermanja dengan keelokan alam sekitar.Batu Night spektaculer bisa jelas terlihat gunung Arjuno, Gunung Semeru bisa terlihat dengan jelas
menunya beragam .harganya tidak merusak kantong pokoknya…
menu bintang lima harga kaki llima…sayang sekali kalau nggak datang ke cafe tropical palm tree.
lokasi di depan BNS sehingga mudah ditemukan, tempatnya juga cukup nyaman, sehingga kita bisa menikmati aneka menu sambil memandang keindahan alam Kota Batu
Kendati sempat bingung awalnya untuk menemukan tempat ini karena jalan masuknya nyelempit dan nyamar di balik sebuah minimarket, tapi akhirnya bisa juga sampai setelah menggunakan fasilitas phone-a-friend (WA-a-friend, sih, sebetulnya).
Berterima kasih untuk makanan yang mengalir tanpa henti serta obrolan yang menyenangkan dengan teman-teman baru yang hadir. Termasuk juga gosip-gosip after party-nya .
