Updates on the Geo Walk of Batticaloa local guides held yesterday.
As most of us are aware; the event was held in Passikudah beach with the participation of 20+ guys. Apart from our active members, there were some new faces too.
It was a fun filled meet up. We also had some competitive sessions offering Local Guides stickers which I received at the summit 2016 as a token of appreciation for those who came up with good quality reviews and photographs during the Geo Walk. I could see many creative sessions initiated by some of the local guides; creating local guides logo out of seaweeds and coral sand on the beach side. It was so much fun meeting new faces and elaborating our experience as a Local guides and the moments spent at the LG summit 2016 while motivating the new colleagues to become active Local Guides.
