You may know that Basque country has a different taste for dishes and culture compared to Spain. And the dishes are well known as they are very tasty.
Here, I can recommend a cafe called Las dilicias de Sara for Goxua which is Basque sweet. It has 3 layers; whipped cream, sponge cake, and custard cream on top. Here, the caramel sauce is on top, too.
You may feel that the Basque sweets are too sweet but this is a must-try sweet when you visit here.
This cafe has more sweets of course and some are like eclair that you can find in Japan as well, cheese cake and so on.
Also, they have croissants and some rolls for breakfast, so it’s a good place for that.
The cafe has 5 or 6 tables inside and sometimes they have terrace seats as well. It’s located in the middle of Estella, so it’s easy to find it.
