Where I live in the past the sidewalks were a challenge for any who had unfortunately rely on wheelchairs, but after seeing the thrueth the have started to work on that. I have seen how we went from having ramps just on the main sidewalks, to nealy the whole town have them. I’m happy to see this improvement but still lot to do. In my community tourists based economy ,the restaurants and other business takes the space of the square , wide sidewalks and so on to put their tables and chairs creating another barrier for elder people and wheelchairs. The solution becomes easy if everyone stops thinking about themselves and think with others this would never be a problem and the tables and chair wouldn’t be located were they are. This years is an election year in my town hope the ones they come the carry on with the job of taking away the street barrier
