Barranquilla is also the capital of street art.

Barranquilla city is located in the caribbean coast in Colombia, has been the cradle of many musical artists, actors, painters, fashion designers among others. In the year 2003 its famous Carnival was declared Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. But this modern city also seeks to be known by the street art as big cities in the world.

From 2015 the festival of urban art or street directory organized by the Alliance Française and supported by the secretary of culture of Barranquilla and that with very few versions, has managed to put color to its streets and public spaces from graffiti art, now all the locals and visitors can enjoy it.
