Can you tell us what this place is all about @Arafatt ?

This is actually Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD) @PaulPavlinovich . This is used for training purposes. But for its natural beauties is also used as a picnic spot from time to time.I visited that place several times to spend my weekend. Thanks for your interest in BARD. Regards.

Thanks @MukulR it is really cool when the owners of public institutions like this allow the public to use the space as well for picnics and other activities.
