Bada Imambara, also known as Asafi Imambara, is a protected monument and religious site located in Hussainabad Lucknow. Bada Imambara is a holy place for organizing special religious gatherings of Shia Muslims where people gather for mourning ceremonies especially during the Hijri month of Muharram. It is an important religious place for Shia Muslims.
