কথায় বলে, মাছে ভাতে বাঙালি" তবে এই কথার বিকল্প হিসেবে ভর্তা ভাতে বাঙালিও বলা যায়। বিভিন্ন রকমের ভর্তার মধ্যে, শুটকি মাছের ভর্তা, টাকি মাছের ভর্তা, ইলিশ মাছের ভর্তা ও কালোজিরার ভর্তা আমার অনেক পছন্দের। এছাড়াও সুপরিচিত আলুর ভর্তা তো আছেই।

আপনার ভর্তা ভাত এর ছবিগুলো আমাকে ক্ষুধা পাইয়ে দিয়েছে। দেখে খুবই সুস্বাদু মনে হচ্ছে। আলু ভর্তা এবং টমেটোর চাটনি আমার খুবই প্রিয়। ধন্যবাদ এই সকল সুস্বাদু ভর্তা গুলো আমাদের সাথে শেয়ার করার জন্য।
@MahabubMunna I feel like my soul belongs to Bangladesh because I can eat boiled white rice with each meal .
My favorite combos are white rice with Daal(pulses) and rice with chicken fillet(steak). And among all rice dishes, biryani is the famous one in our region.
