বালুসা বা চিনির চম চম এটাও শুকনা মিস্টি জাতিয় খাবার এটা তৈরিতে চিনি এবং ময়দার বেবহার হয় সাথে দুধ থাকতে পারে সামান্য পরিমানে প্রথমে অন্যান্য চম চম মিস্টির মত বানিয়ে কাচা চিনি মাখিয়ে দেয়া হয়
এটা এক্টু রসালো মিস্টি জাতিয় খাবা।। এটা বানাতে মুগ ডাল এর সাথে ময়দা দিয়ে করা ঘন রসালো খামির কে সাইজ করে তেলে ভাজা হয় তেল থেকে উঠিয়ে গুড়ের সিরায় ডুবিয়ে তৈরি করা হয়
