Bangkok: Damnoen Saduak Floating Market

And so being in Bangkok, we decided to visit the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, the distance from my condo to the floating market is about 62 miles, and so I bought tickets on the Internet it was simple, only 3 USD one way tickets, the next morning we went to the bus terminal which is located not far from BTS Mo Chit, Mo Chit new bus terminal, as it turned out later, you could buy tickets already on the spot without intermediaries

the bus brought us to the top of the floating market and local people tried to put us all in boats but we just wanted to walk around this place

we walked about 2 km since the road was winding we went out into the mango garden

under our feet were a lot of fresh ripe mangoes , so we took a few mangoes home, and after another half an hour, we finally reached the famous floating market, a lot of tourists and a lot of different foods

from the top all boats looked very interesting

I couldn’t restrain myself and took time lapse video it looks very funny

The video was taken on camera Sony RX100 M5

@Aruni in this year I was traveling only around Thailand and Egypt, and I think the “Floating Market” the most atmospheric place in Bangkok area because not far placed Maeklong railway market the most interesting place near Bangkok as well/
Thank you for advice, I will check the links below and will introduce myself
