Last week I was in Sicily and wanted to try Sicily’s famous dessert granita. I went to a place called BamBar and yes I tried 5 different varieties in my 2 visits.
Granita is a kind of shaved ice cream, in Bam Bar they also top it up
with a milk cream and they serve it with a warm milk bread type of a bake, which goes along well
with Granita… Highly recommended, especially pistachio and raspberry ones
