Yeah buying your own ticket is the right procedure. You just need to email them with your voucher code requesting the 6pm to 8pm session on the 16th 
I got the ticket but when I had sent the voucher code for redeeming it for 16th from 6-8 they said it was full and they were unaware of the table that we would be booking. @user_not_found please have a look.

That’s annoying that time slot is already full. However, i think there might be a misunderstanding about the table. In my last announcement I had contacted the venue and to book a table it would cost £150 which could be used as a bar tab, noone got back to me and I wasn’t up for covering that amounts on my own. I have made an agreement with the bar which I was going to do an announcement about today, before I do I’m going to make one to see if anyone else is in the same situation as you and then we’ll go from there. Hopefully I can sort this
