This food call bake beans call moin- moin in native Yoruba language. Make with beans, peal the brown cover, will become white ,make it surft put onion,pepper,ground it together,put water,salt, magg cube, red oil .turn together wrap with wide leaf call ewe, leaf put it inside pot with small water cover it put it on gas.this made in Africa in the west, Nigeria.yoruba tribe, or Igbo tribe,good to taste.delicious.u can it eat with rice, bread, pap, garri so sweet delicious.this food made by me.from Lagos Nigeria.
