Fortunately I have attended the Virtual meet-up Indian Festival Baisakhi on 14th April at 19:00 hours. It was organised by Rosy Kohli a level 7 Local Guide.
Attended by @TravellerG a mentor of Team India, @FalguniP @Gurukrishnapriya and guides from other Nations like From Indonesia, Nigeria, Bangladesh etc.
There was a introduction session which itself is a broader aspect of these Virtual meetups. It was interesting.
Indian Cultural Diversity and festival as the New Year is celebrated in various parts in regional traditions with different identities all were highlighted. These festivals are quite colorful and a sign of prosperity.
An introduction of art and exchange between @Gurukrishnapriya and Devi.
Rosy highlited the importance of Baisakhi and also acknowledge the Sikhism. As it recall the formation of Khalsa Panth in 1699 under Guru Gobind Singh Ji. It’s a Sikh new year. And the exchange of Kada Prashad to the attendees.
It was a delightful experience
and these may further helpful to develop the skills and personalities.
