Holidays are over. Christmas decor is back in the boxes. Time to shed the extra pounds gained. Getting up early is hard but sunrise is beautiful and cheerful.

Ha ha. Behind the window is the stairwell in my home. I run hundred times up and down; forgot this, forgot that etc., before I get out to go. Every morning is the same story but after a break it is very hard.Usually coffee is in the train. Rohitha, my name means in Sanskrit, is this red colour of sunrise. Ha ha. Pretty red.
