Babaganush in My Way!

Babaganush is an appetizer from Middle Eastern dish from Lebanon and they make it with roasted eggplants, Tahini: it’s sauce or paste grounded sesame seeds, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.

But in my way, I didn’t use Tahini but I used walnuts.

First, I roasted the eggplants in the oven, then, I Chopped it with all ingredients above without Tahini.

I garnished with some walnuts and it was a Délice ??. It can be eaten cold and save in the refrigerator for few days.

Local Guides Friends, try it and you may like it. It is healthy and easy to make it also.

@Nyainurjanah , it’s cold appetizer and you can eat it anytime you want alone or with crackers, bread, toast, or Baguette. It’s up to you how you want to it?

Some people can add it to their salad like me  .
