Baarish ke mausum mai butta toh banta hai
If there’s anything that truly defines the essence of Indian monsoon, it is a bhutta, which is one of the oldest summer crop popularly savoured in the rainy season.
There are 2 varieties here one is the roasted butta with lemon, mirchi and salt and another one is boiled butta for making corn chat served with chutney.
Did you enjoy these delicious butta’s this rainy season…

Happy to be seeing more and more of my**Meghana @meghanajain **
I always love your presentation, you go the extra mile!
I was at the market today and so many ‘Platters’.
I was inspired to buy a few, just so I could present food better like my darling Meghana.
I ended up not buying though…

Jee jee bilkul, Barish ka mousam ho to Bhutta bhi Banta hey aur hamarey yahan to Samosey aur Pakorey (Bhajiya) bhi Bantey hain
I love the first variety, roasted on coal, with Mirchi and Lembo, sirf barish hee nahi, ballet, halki phulki bhook key liye to yeh behtareen cheez hey.
Thanks for make me crave for Sakht Mirchi aur Lembo wala bhutta at 11:51 pm.

Hey @meghanajain very nice post which gives missing feeling about eating this bhutta at sea face or beach. During this current situation we are unable to eat on such places. But yes we are having it at home. Also, enjoyed a Onion fritter too. Its the perfect combination (Masala tea + onion fritter) while raining. Thanks for sharing it with us…
