@sbharat326 Did you check the tracking number ? Check it where it is stuck. It generally reaches the destination within 6 weeks. I suggest you wait for few more days. And if you still see no progress in the tracking number. Goto your confirmation Mail and tap on Frequently Asked Questions and once the page opens at the very bottom you will see
What can I do about a missing or damaged item?
under that provide your details and wait for few weeks. You shall get your reward.
However I suggest you wait few more days before trying this method.

Hello @sbharat326 I have understood your problem.I have also the same problem.I have been notified on month of February that I have achieved a reward from Google Map.Then I have get a notification on 23March that my reward has been shipped.The reward has been reached in my country.But since then no more notification has came to me.It is June and I can’t get any update notification and my reward don’t reach my home.
When order was placed you would have been given a tracking number in confirmation mail and for international shipping company might be different than you generally know.

You can always re order it by going to FAQs in old confirmation mail. After tapping on FAQs goto missing and damaged item and there you can re order it put putting the details. Always tag a person you are talking with by taping @ and Initial of user name.
@sbharat326 there will be separate mail for that. Your shipment tracking like that. If you didn’t have that mail then under this same confirmation mail click on FAQs highlighted in blue color and fill the last FAQ.
Hello @Trail_blazer I have reordered by FAQ. But that didn’t work either.My order has been shipped in my country.But since then I am not getting any new update.
@Tandrima2 if it’s been more than 6 weeks and you still didn’t get then it needs to be reordered but you won’t get any tracking number second time it will be delivered directly.
