Hi, I received an award of Metal Badge, which was shipped to me in May 2023 and I’m still waiting for the delivery. The shipment was sent from Frankfurt via Deutsche Mail and they said they cannot track the item. Need help from Google here.

If you haven’t already, try filling out the form under “What can I do about a missing or damaged item?” in the FAQ, because it has been longer than six weeks since the order. It may not work, though, since it’s been six months since the initial order. You can read more information regarding rewards here.
