Tried this Chicken Jumbo Amdo Momo at Cafe Piti, Kaza, Spiti Valley. Himachal Pradesh. I’d recommend it if you’re visiting Kaza.

@Shadhin21 স্বাধীন ভাই, এই মোমো কিন্তু একটু আলাদা, মুরগির মাংস খুব কম মরিচ এবং কিছু হালকা মশলা দিয়ে বানিয়ে ছিল। বেশ ভালই লাগল প্রথমবার এমন মোমো খেয়ে

সৌরভ ভাই তাহলে তো একটু অন্য রকম টেস্ট হবে মনে হচ্ছে 
। আমি বেশ কিছু দিন আগে কোলকাতায় খেয়েছিলাম, কিন্তু স্বাদ টা একটু স্পাইসি ছিলো

I basically don’t like momos but in Delhi I ate tandoori chicken momos just love it.

@Ismi_Choirunnisa Momo’s are usually not sweet. This one was non spicy, they had used certain light spices, it was more bland. But the chicken was savoury. The outer layer was not having any strong taste it was just like a medium (eg. Bread)
