Hi @ahmedsardar ,

Thanks for sharing your photos! Wow, this looks like a beautiful and historic city. I have never heard of it, can you tell me a bit more about it? How can I travel there? What should I see? What is this city know for?

I think sharing more information engages more Local Guides and gives a more value to your post. I’m sure there are a lot of us that prefer the beautiful unknown places on Earth to explore.

Hi Danni,

Yes Aurangabad is a very old and historical city, it was brought to prominence in 16th century by The Great Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir, the city is also famous for UNESCO world heritage sites Ajanta & Ellora caves situated nearby,

The city consists of many historical sites, mausoleums, palaces, A grand fort named Daulatabad fort,

The city is very well connected by air, rail and road transports, it has a Airport with daily services to Bombay and Delhi and numerous trains every day.

It would be my pleasure if i could be of any further help.

Thank You
