This event is themed WEEC (World Environmental Education Congress) which is held every 3 years. This event is a routine agenda where all environmental care actors from 100 countries meet.
WEEC Congress is an opportunity to learn more about the latest environmental and sustainability education, to discuss with people from all over the world, to present and to learn and discuss from others.
The Congress is a real international meeting point for anyone with an interest in or working with education for the environment and sustainable development. The congress was held for 3 (three) consecutive days, start on 14,15,16 march 2022,attended by several actors who care about the environment from several countries.

This is what we have been waiting for because from our country, Indonesia.
The presentation is presented by Mrs Maria Mumpuni Purnoningrum with the theme: Connecting Local Initiatives to global Goals (coloni). She explained several program targets:

Raise the story of change at local level through connecting into SDGS targets.

Bridging the perspective of Government and CSO on Local level through certain approach based on SCO point of view.

From some of these presentations, it can be concluded that when we talk about the environment, especially environmental schools, the topic can be broadened and can be linked with other fields or with some issues that are currently rife.
At the end of the event, after listening to all the presentations, we discussed and asked for more information about WEEC activities in Indonesia, Mrs. Maria explained that while in Indonesia, she had held several activities in Kalimantan and Papua, all of which were written in
