At the Luxor Temple

Temple of Luxor

It is a must to see place if you reach Luxor.

All the people are visiting karnak Temple, which is the biggest temple in the world and the oldest.

Luxor Temple is the second in the row if you are in this part of the Nile.

After entering and buying your tickets, video and photo tickets as well… you will find the temple where all ancient egypt needet to visit it, at least 1 time in the life.

The obelisk at the entrance is only the one from the twins who was settled at the entrance, the other nowadays is at the Place de la Concorde in Paris, France.

You can find the enemies of Egypt, as syrians, beduins, sea people - offen use this name for the Cretan and Cyprus people.

The cartouche (the royal name) of Ramses the 2nd is everywhere - you will find as below.

Great photos @Patruna_Robert . The Luxor Temple is truly amazing. I just loved the Valley of the Kings with tombs of the pharaohs including the tomb of young King Tutankhamun. I hope you will show more!

Dear @BorrisS

No, not the first but the last visit to this place.

So entrance fee was 160 EGP (1 EUR - 18 EGP, 1 USD - 16 EGP)

Foto video ticket was something like 50 EGP, but verry important is to buy ticket for your stabilizer, tripod are not allowed, because they say that it is a movie production…

Thank you for the useful infos and links.

best regards
