A legitimate business in Tehran has disappeared from Google Maps, and its POI was removed due to an automated false report or system glitch. The reviews and photos are preserved but now show as “Unknown place” anchored at coordinates and all the attempts to add the place again were failed:

Looks like this is happening to many translations agencies in your country in this very moment, as mentioned by @Amiran in a previous post about the same issue.
I’ve escalated the issue internally. Please be aware that, being today Saturday, the team will not be able to check it before next Monday.
Can you kindly remove the link to the website of the business? It’s not necessary to escalate the issue, and it could be misinterpreted as “Spam”.

I would appreciate if you could guide me how I can restore my account. unfortunately, due to sanctions, we can not claim our business in google map and build a business profile to preserve our accounts and any edit or report by any user may omit our accounts. this is the third time that my account with more than 300 comments were omitted.

I think the only actual way is the one you already did: to report the issue here providing a link to the listing. A Google moderator will escalate the issue with the relevant team.
