Hi everyone and Connect Moderators,

A legitimate business in Tehran has disappeared from Google Maps, and its POI was removed due to an automated false report or system glitch. The reviews and photos are preserved but now show as “Unknown place” anchored at coordinates (0,0):

  • Business Name (English): Satraa Official Translation
  • Business Name (Persian): دارالترجمه رسمی ساترا
  • Place ID: ChIJ00G9IRQBjj8R3zaJ_4sE6cQ
  • Preserved Contribution Link: Google Maps
  • Category: Translation service
  • Real Physical Address: Tehran, Valiasr St, Above Vanak Sq, Seyrafi Dead-End, Vanak Bazaar, Floor 4, Unit 404
  • Real Coordinates: 35.7588, 51.4103
  • Official Website: https://satraa.com

Could a moderator or Product Expert (@DeniGu @ErmesT) please advise on how to escalate this to the engineering team to relink this Place ID to its physical coordinates?

Attached are the photos of our storefront and signboard. Thank you!
