I downloaded the Street View and I wanted to create 360 photos, but when I press camera, this appears: “360 photo capture is not supported on this device”.
Is there a reason my phone isn’t supported for 360 photo capture?
My phone is j8 samsung , android oreo8

It’s possible the resolution is not set high enough or your phone is not supported to do really high resolutions.
FYI = I just made a mistake when trying to upload a photo today.
By accident, I set my 360 camera to 3456 x 1728 and then uploaded the photo’s to Google Photo , I then went to the Street View app and tried to import them and they didn’t work
The import system told me the resolution needs to be atleast 3840 x 1920.
