I love using local guides, especially when I want to know restaurants, their quality and prices, according to the comments I decide if I enter the restaurant or not, the food for me is important and if something is not right with the food I usually get angry, so I prefer to make sure through local guides before making a decision, This trip to Asia was a good expirience with the food
