Last summer I joined a package tour to Turkmenistan.
We had last dinner at Ashgabat Cable Car Restaurant, which actually located at Iran.
I didn’t know why there were big pool (and water still running) on the top of the building, but families just enjoyed gathering. Thank god no kids step on the water.
