Visiting China was one of an experience for me, I was blown away by the advancements in China especially in Shanghai…my perception of China changed. We have very less Google maps, I tried to use and contribute as much as I can, wherever I could spot places on Google maps.
Traveling from east to the west visiting Europe was one in a lifetime of experiences…It is one of the true places, you can experience nature and its beauty in its pristine form. I traveled to many beautiful cities and countries in Europe and below are few of such amazing experiences…
Paris is one of the cities that you will love to visit just to see the beauty of the Eiffel tower…there so much of history and an engineering Marvel.
Traveling down south of Europe, Rome was the most historic city and the Colosseum size and things that used to host was incredible to hear and experience. Rome is beautiful with a lot of history, piazzos, fountains and amazing architecture all around.
Traveling down further to South America and visiting Brazil was a very different experience…no one spoke English and I was using Google Maps and Google translate more than ever. It was nice country an nice people. The view of Christ the Redeemer in Rio was incredible.

I used to live in the US for a while, but there were no smart phones back then to contribute to Google Maps and the system was not there. I wish we had the technology back then…In my recent trips, I visited Philadelphia in Winter and it was cold…I got to experience snow again in my life after missing it for few years.
Overall, my journey from East to West …from Australia to America has been wonderful and Google Maps has been part of my life and I experienced the real value of it during my Europe trip, since then I had been an active member and contribute as much as I can as a traveler to help fellow travelers. I would love to travel more and share more with the community to help out…
