Have you ever been to Arizona? Why would you want to visit Arizona? Isn’t it just a desert? Let’s talk and learn about the state of Arizona!!
In this Arizona virtual meet-up, we will:
– Learn why people visit
– Learn about the geography
– Learn about unique foods
During this 30 minutes virtual meet-up, we will have a trivia quiz with questions pulled from Arizona State Challenge articles published by the deadline of July 24th. You do not have to study for the trivia quiz unless you really want to.
Our goal is to share information to educate everyone on how every state has something to offer for visitors… and to have fun!

Hi, @Denise_Barlock I’ve been to Arizona once, and I loved the place. I remember a small ranch, where I took a helicopter tour to fly over the Grand Canyon. (See the photos below). I also loved to visit the Hoover Dam, between Nevada and Arizona. BTW, I signed for the meet-up. It looks like we’ll have a lot of fun.
@AlexandreCampbell Excellent! Contribute a bit about your trip to Arizona in an article and we can put questions from your post in the trivia quiz! Looking forward to seeing you next week!
Hi @Denise_Barlock . Look forward to start exploring the other side of the globe. I’ve never been to US yet, it’s on my bucket list though. See you next week.
I’ll be there for the camaraderie, but just as useless on the the trivia! I’m telling you I won’t be able to answer my own Louisiana trivia, y’all are so specific. I’m like “yeah there be gators”…
@lynneannec It’s all about guessing! I try to pick answers that are numbers when I can as it’s easier to type in quickly. None of the answers have to be exact. It’s all about close enough …but I’ll love gator answers!
