Hi! Hola! I’m Agustín from Argentina :argentina:

In my first post in Connect, I have to tell us an important message. I’m going to be selected to participate in the Local Guide Event

Last week I made a Hangouts Meeting with my friends and I told them that Google sent an email for Local Guides to participe in the event. One of my friends asked me why during the eweek I “wasted” time uploading photos and comments.

I explained him that be a Local Guide is a hobby and I like this hobby because I can help.

  • I can help people to connect with incredible restaurantes. I can upload photos/videos/comments from the menu :hamburger:

  • I can help people to visit (or not) some atractions. I can tell the price from the museums and the days that have a discount. :stadium:

  • I can help small shops to connect with clients. I can create the shop in the map, with their schedules and their main activity.

También te cuento que la comunidad de Argentina tiene un Instagram, grupo de Facebook, cuenta de Twitter, un chat de Telegram de la comunidad de Argentina, y también otro chat de la comunidad de América Latina.

Podés entrar a las redes haciendo clic en los textos azules. Las redes no son oficiales, si no creadas por Local Guides del área para comunicarnos más, normalmente avisamos de reuniones o charlamos de cualquier cosa relacionada con Local Guides.

Yes, it is my first post and I wrote for the Local Guides event. I already filmed the video, I uploaded it to YouTube and I also wrote this post. Do you know if I have to do something else?
