Whenever I get a chance, I have been contributing to Google map, mainly using photos and reviews. Today I have unlocked level 7.
As soon as I got a level 7 screen, I see I need to hit another 15K point to go to the next level. This gamification is going to take over my life

Going by my experience, I advise to focus on adding Roads , Places , and capturing those photos of a famous POIs like, Hotels, Restaurants, and historical places. You will get many more points by this way, and you will proceed faster.
