Thanks for sharing. Really interesting questions. I am not a vegetarian but I really like to eat veggies, and about my favorite dish, I am from Bulgaria and prefer Bulgarian cuisine, so my top is called banitza (баница). The traditional recipe consists of eggs and cheese between filo pastry sheets formed in a spiral before baking.

@Ivi_Ge I’ve never tried Bulgarian cuisine, but anything that has eggs and cheese, really taste good.
