Sam Dutta this side. I have started contributing in local guides actively and just wanted to know if there was any level based swags or perks, though as per Google terns and conditions participation in Local guides is a person’s own free will. Also, if you could tell me how can I connect with other guides and is my profile helpful or good enough for traveller’s seeking help.

No there are no physical perks linked to the levels. But there are virtual ones like badges etc.
There is no pattern, and there’s no fairness in who gets rewards. It is just a marketing gimmick.
You can learn more about perks by reading: Questions about Local Guides rewards. Also, Why be a local guide? is worth a read.
And, make sure Rewards is selected in your email settings found here. And update the location to show your current location.
As you suggested I also checked out your contributions on Maps.
I would like to mention two very good reviews of yours:
“I have tried cheese dosa and cheese sandwiches from here many a times. Food tastes really well. Recommended to visit for a vegetarian or veg lover.” and
“Currently the best eye check up hospital in Siliguri as per me. The hospital is well maintained. Best staff and doctors are available. Staff members are very helpful, always there for your questions. Overall good place for eye checkup.”
You remember to describe your personal experience with the places.
Reviews like “A great place to hangout with friends.” are less helpful since any one - also those who never visited the place could write such general statements. And your photo is showing the roof only. I think you could make more and more helpful photos.
Also, keep in mind that helping others via Google Maps is not only aimed at visitors. Also, locals living in Siliguri can see and benefit from your contributions.
