I came across some casinos in Goa e.g. https://goo.gl/maps/yQHMwHvdQt6mst7E6 (which is badly named) and it is actually a boat at anchor in a river. It seems to fit the criteria in that it has regular hours and people can visit it but I wasn’t sure since its a floater. This particular place is a claimed business managed via GMB.
My guess, @PaulPavlinovich , is that they should not be treated any different than a Food Truck. There are clear rules for those:
When a food truck can no longer move and is clearly parked in a way that supports that it would be difficult to move, it may be mapped.
When a food truck still is capable to drive away (for servicing, etc.) it may only be mapped if there is a clear permanent sign at the parking place stating that this is where the Food Truck is stationed, with preferably a contact number or opening hours.
In all other cases, a food truck seems to be acceptable as a SAB (Service Area Business).
In the Netherlands, we have many homes that float on water with a permanent mooring and they all have an address.
Great reply @JeroenM … You definitely have lot of insight into the matter. Yes, a floating casino is like a food truck and unless it is stationary it can’t be mapped on Google Maps.
Good question @PaulPavlinovich and like others have said the floating casino can’t be mapped. It won’t be at one places and thus not amenable for being called a place. Someone wanting it visit it will not find it.
Definitely agree on that one @PaulPavlinovich and there’s nothing confusing about it either, it’s just a big oversized boat anchor, never a location lol
