Any meetups in Faridabad?

I was just wondering if Faridabad Local Guides can have a Meetup somewhere,sometime.

If you are interested to host or join a Meetup, you can post a meetup on Connect’s Meet-up Site or search meetups here by click on given link.

There are no particular protocols for meetups, but some rules, this article How to organize a successful meet-up will help you to find it, if you are thinking to host a meet-up. After meetup, for more information, you can also check out here: How do I write a great meet-up recap?.

You can visit the website https://maps.google.com/localguides/meetup & see the complete list of meetups planned till end June '20.

Incidentally, there aren’t any meetups around Faridabad till that.

However, there is a meetup at Janakpuri on February 28th & you can join that by acknowledging the RSVP

Further, there isn’t any facility as on date to register your interests in any future meetups. You need visiting the page periodically.

Nevertheless, you can surely join meetups in other cities if you are going to be there at that time & have a wish in participating.

Alternatively, you can host a meetup yourself.

That can be in the form of a photo walk or a geo walk.

To arrange that, click on get started & submit you request.

The page also contains many tips on hosting a meetup, which you will find to be extremely useful.

Hi Guys,

I was just wondering if we can hold a meetup in Faridabad sometime because I know there isn’t any meetup in the upcoming weeks here.

Also can we expect some Google perks if we hold a meeting?Or we’ll just be adding or editing places on Google Maps.
