I have previously received the question from google maps, if I have been to this place and if I am willing to answer some questions regarding the place. I don’t know what has happened but I no longer get such questions. Please, can anyone help me sort this out?

Receiving questions about a place on Google maps depends of your setting.
On Google maps App you can control which kind of questions / Notifications you will receive.
Alternatively, opening a listing that you have already visited, you may receive questions directly in there
Hello @I-am-Q . If you’ve visited or reviewed a place/business, a prompt (“Know this place?”) might appear. To trigger prompts for places you’ve visited, be sure your “Location History” is on.

I don’t vet any questions like that anymore. In my notification settings I have only turned off Commute Update and Time to leave.

I couldn’t find “Location history”, but my location data collection is on. My local sharing in setting is off.

I don’t see that sign (picture you attached to your reply), anymore. I used to for a year ago or so, but not nowadays.
