To meet local guides in Toronto, I think you can organize a local meetup by making an announcement on all the networks of local Google guides like connect live2019, youtube, Facebook and Instagram by putting a direct link in your ad if someone one wants to respond to the invitation.

I will move your post into the How-tos section as more appropriate to the topic of your post. What I suggest you to do is to check in here if there are any already organized Meet-Ups around you in the near future. If there aren’t any available currently you can create one yourself. You don’t know how to get started? Don’t worry, in this post you will find everything you need on how to create a Meet-Up.

I suppose you wanted to reply to @Erwin88 in this post: Eglinton and Yonge meetup

I suggest you to always reply in the post, instead to write a new one, and to tag the Local Guide you want to mention, using @ and compiling the username of the Local Guide you want to mention. In this way the mentioned Local Guide will be informed about your tag
