Eating dog in China these days.
I had some very interesting days in Anshun, China about 15 years ago. Among other things, I have some tasty hotpot at one of the many restaurants in the city.
The meat was made of fresh dog. Something that is unthinkable where I live. In Denmark around every second home has a dog or two. As pets, obviously.
My point here is of course if it’s still the case in modern China, where the standards of living has raised a lot? Many Chinese have a dog as pet now, and maybe it’s just not possible anymore?
