In the Danish list of categories Yoga instructor can be found. This is an English name. In proper Danish the correct term is
Yogalærer.

Your eye for detail when it comes to categories is amazing! 
In this case, however, it is possible that the category isn’t yet translated into Danish, so it might take some time to get updated. You can send feedback directly in the Maps app or share this over at the Google Maps Help Community. Thanks a lot!
