Anambra Virtual Meet Up will be the first of it kind for Local Guides resident in the state of Anambra, Nigeria. The meet up is intended to make the Local Guides get familiar with each other as people who share similar interest and activities, which include improving google maps for people to be able to access and assess their environment and the world in general, from their mobile devices. In addition to knowing fellow Local Guides in the state of Anambra, we will briefly talk about map editing in general and narrow it down to the current time which is characterized by No Movement. How we can still use this period of lockdown to improve the improve Google maps. The meet up is not going to be a physical one but online. The participants will be informed before time to get the Meet Up app from Google play store and install on their devices. They will also need a device which will serve as their microphones during the meeting. A sound earpiece with functional mouthpiece or a Bluetooth headset or even microphones connected to their devices will do to that regard. No special dress code is required. No gifts or presents are necessarily needed, since it is all online. Participants just have to be punctual, audible and diligent. Every other persons turned their microphones off when someone is already talking so as to avoid noise. Above all, participants will be encouraged to be orderly and with all consciousness that tailored towards achieving a successful first meet up.
