An unexpected morning visitor

Waking up after a hot night in a concrete city is always great since mornings are the coldest. Having the windows open throughout the night is your best bet to cool out the climate in either an apartment or a house. This morning was a little different because I stumbled upon this wonderful visitor. He seemed very fatigued probably from trying to find his way out all night, so I gave him some sirup mixed with water and let him rest for a couple of minutes.

After he was done drinking, he started grooming himself and even sat down for it.

Then I put him up on a window ledge till he flew off like nothing happened.

I have to say it was a nice start to a morning and a rather cheerful one!

Hello @Lukas_1

That’s a very noble thing to do to start your day. Showing a little kindness to this little creature. Am sure it will say thank you before flying away.

It’s nice to give nature a chance and let every thing thrive. That balances the ecosystem. I love nature as well so thank you for sharing this post on nature with us. There seem to be a long empty space between the bee sitting and the last lines of the post where the bee flew away.

Is that on purpose or is there a photo should be there but not loading up for me? Very clear and nice photos. Hope the day went well after that?

Happy guiding

Cheers

Hi @SholaIB

Thank you for your kind message.

Living in a larger city, it’s not that rare to see bees that are this fatigued even outside. It’s just the lack of blooming flowers and trees which is what I do not like about big cities in general. They make wildlife suffer.

That gap wasn’t on purpose, i didn’t notice it, thank you!

Thank you for the comment @TusharSuradkar , actually another bee flew into my apartment yesterday! I did the same thing - mixed some water and sirup and it put it on my balcony where I have some blooming flowers :slightly_smiling_face:

Have a nice day!
