Kindly Join this Virtual Meet Up Hosted by Ambrish Varshney in Collaboration with @deepakjhic , @NareshDarji , @JMD9

This knowledge sharing virtual meetup is conducted in “SHARE & LEARN” style, using Google Meet platform (App).

This Meet Up will be giving exclusive focus on guiding LGs for the successful submission of ‘Applications for the Connect live 2020’.

We plan to conduct this 2 Hour session as follows:

1. First half an hour will be allotted to self-introduction of attendees.
2. In the next half an hour, we would explain the following 5 Points:
   1. Local Guides Program,
   2. Rules & Regulations,
   3. Connect Live 2020,
   4. Meet Ups (in brief)
   5. Other Topics, with emphasis on actual Submission of Connect Live Applications:
      1. Google Map LIST
      2. LG Connect POST
      3. 1-Min Video
      4. Finally, the Application Submission procedure.
3. The last one hour will be dedicating to Question & Answers.

This endeavor is in addition to our efforts to groom many LGs through different Local, National & International Groups/Media.

We have completed a trial Virtual Conference on 20th March, where we discussed the process of sharing the responsibilities.

@TravellerG how can we meet virtually ? Through an app or something else ? After going to the meet-up site, the link which is given for virtual meet-up takes me to the Google Calendar

I am unable to add event in my Calendar. I installed Google Calendar and hangouts meet but when I downloaded the .ics file, it gives me error that unable to launch event

no need to be panic @ProKashyap just click on yes option in invitation mail and Hangout meet (google meet) is the same app. just sent you invitation mail
